Guardian Contract

This Guardian Home Contract is between Still Water Doodles ("Breeder") and the Guardian named below. The Guardian provides a loving home for a breeding dog owned by the Breeder, while the Breeder retains breeding rights as described here.
The Guardian agrees to: provide daily care, food, exercise, and routine veterinary care; keep the dog «intact / on the agreed health plan»; and make the dog available to the Breeder for «number» planned litters or until «retirement condition», after which full ownership transfers to the Guardian.
The Breeder agrees to cover «list breeder-covered costs — e.g. breeding-related vet care, health testing». «Add all program-specific guardian terms, timelines, and cost responsibilities here.»
